Phoebe Yeh is an editorial director at HarperCollins Children's Books. She and her team of editors are responsible for approximately sixty titles including several estate publishing programs, the Books of Wonder imprint, Let's-Read-and Find-Out-Science and Mathstart picture book series and individual picture book, chapter book, middle grade and YA novels. Recent titles from Phoebe's list include AH, MUSIC by Aliki; THE DREAM BEARER and PATROL: An American Soldier in Vietnam, the 2003 Jane Addams Peace award winner, illlustrated by Ann Grifalconi, both by Walter Dean Myers; the chapter book, TOOTH AND CLAW by Ted Lewin, and STARS AND STRIPES by Sarah Thomson with illustrations by Bob Dacey and Debra Bandelin. Prior to coming to Harper, she was a senior editor at Scholastic Press where she edited the Magic School Bus books by Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen.
